Fani Giotaki

Managing Partner, born in Thessaloniki, Greece (1977) is a member of the Athens Bar (admitted in 2005). A graduate of the University of Thrace School of Law (L.L.B-2002), she pursued post graduate studies obtained an LL.M- in Tax Law of the Center of Professional Training of Athens University of Economics and Business (2004). Fani has started her practice as a trainee lawyer at Dryllerakis & Associates Law Firm and also completed the training at Groupama Phoenix Insurance Company (2002-2004).

Fani was head of the legal department of UCI Hellas S.A.E.F.C (BNP Paribas – Gruppo Santander) as well as she hold the position of the Compliance Officer (2005-2010). Additionally Fani was Senior Partner/Partner at Kladas and Associates Law Firm where she gained many years of experience on corporate and commercial areas of the law, both in consulting and in representing clients in complex and high profile disputes in District and Supreme Courts, as well as on Arbitration centers (2010-2019).

She is a registered trust and estate practitioner, handles matters involving corporate structuring, finance & banking law, real estate and foreign investments in Greece. She advises on a wide range of tax and estate matters, including creating structures to hold assets, minimise tax and maximise protection of such assets. She frequently acts for high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth individuals, entrepreneurs and companies. Fani is a person of strong personality, hard worker andmotivated for success, effective team leader and able to inspire, influential and highly knowledgeable of what he is dealing with. She speaks fluently English, French and Spanish.
